Empowering Tomorrow's Artisans: 673 Students Trained in Lagos

We are thrilled to announce the successful conclusion of our Artisan Empowerment Program, where we trained 673 students from five government technical colleges in Lagos: Ikotun, Agidingbin, Ikorodu, Epe, and Adosoba.

The training focused on providing students with essential soft skills to enhance their employability and professionalism in their respective trades. The program covered vital skills such as effective communication, emotional intelligence, critical thinking, problem-solving, CV writing, and more.

Reflecting on the impact of the training, one of our participants, Isiaka, shared:

“I would like to say a big thank you to OPL Academy for this opportunity. Through this seminar, we have learned a lot about how to communicate, talk to customers, think critically, and manage our businesses.”

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our sponsors, whose support has enabled us to make a significant impact on the lives of these students. We eagerly anticipate the positive changes these empowered artisans will bring to the industry.
